Version 1.0 Effective Date April 2026 Review Cycle Annual Document Owner Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Classification CONFIDENTIAL — Internal Use Only Applicable Standard SOC 2 Type II
1. Purpose
This document describes the testing and quality control processes applied to DCKAP Integrator to ensure that all system inputs are correctly processed, and that outputs meet expected standards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
2. Testing Framework

3. Quality Control Criteria
3.1 Input Processing QC
100% of API payloads must pass schema validation before entering the processing queue.
Validation rejection rate must be < 1% on a healthy integration (alerts fire above this threshold).
Duplicate detection must achieve ≥ 99.9% accuracy on records with matching unique keys.
3.2 Transformation QC
Field mapping tests must cover 100% of mapped fields with at least one positive and one negative test case.
Transformation output must match expected output within a defined tolerance for numeric fields (±0.01).
No personally identifiable information (PII) may appear unmasked in transformation logs.
3.3 Output QC
Destination system acceptance rate must be ≥ 99% (excluding destination-side rejections due to business rules).
Sync completion time must meet the SLA defined in the customer’s configuration (default: 5 minutes for scheduled, 60 seconds for event-triggered).
